With Paul in the lime light with his World Cup predictions, it was pure coincidence little Kae-Lin wanted an octopus too. So I decided to make her a pretty purple one.

Gumtex makes fondant very pliable and hardenes it nicely so the curled tentacles hold their shape.

Incorporated the design on the board onto the cupcakes with the pink and white flowers to tie things together.

Fish lips and bubbles.

Turtles are her favourites too...

But I just adore seahorses ...I find them so graceful and beautiful with their curled tails. They look like mini water dragons.

The MadHatter

This 10 year old had a Tea Party, all because of the MadHatter, well actually because of Johnny Depp. This hearthrob was and always be one of my favourites right from 21 Jump Street days!
His talent has no end....Tried to capture the essence of his character on the centerpiece.

Tony loves his sweets, so when his lovely daughter told me about him,I immediately imagined him on a mountain of sweets, featuring his favourite Cherry Ripe!

Holding a bottle of Tiger beer, he never leaves home without his 2 mobile phones....

Cherry Ripe: Cherry, coconut and chocolate, who could ask for more...not sold in Singapore. Brought in from Oz for me to replicate.

The Full Monty

So what would you present to the cast of The Full Monty? Well, something naughty of course.....One sexy, talented cast member ordered just that! So I came up with my first "Parental Guidance Advised" set of cupcakes. Brushed up on my anatomy and exaggerated it a wee bit! And had to add a few whips, golden tassles,the works....
