I had a lot of time to think and prepare for this cake but the pressure was on as there was a mix up in the dates at the last minute.....So not only was this a huge task to take on but now time was precious too.Dolphin, a marine casualty claims company was celebrating their Golden Anniversary at the Fullerton Hotel and their detail oriented MD wanted a 'conversation piece' for their fabulous cocktail do.
He came up with most of the ideas on this cake! (I just executed it)....from the name of the ship right down to the tiny, tiny Captain on the deck. Thanks for being so persistent David ~grinnnn~
