I decided to make something colourful yet classy for a girlfriend of mine who has the biggest heart ever.She LOVES salsa! So I made her a sexy Latino Mysteryman and added the lyrics from Shakirah's hit "Hips don't lie" as she can shake it like nobody else...

Tip: To make the frills on the skirt roll a cocktail stick on a thin strip of fondant to create that fluidity
